Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific STF5332-3748-61-56BC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick/stegmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK02040AZBH71L4SK71L4CUS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SRM50HFA0K21 manufactured by Sick/stegmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick/stegmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMD22AWAYR14 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMS10VSAB by Yaskawa and SHV80A179Y8A0602 spares by Excello are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
